Sales Advisor 

We are recruiting for fantastic Sales Advisors to join the team at our new Hempstead Valley Store (VYPE).

Vype Stores Nationwide!

We have full time Sales Advisor roles available: 40 hours per week over 5 days.  We also reward hard work with an achievable monthly bonus scheme!

Your main duties as a Sales Advisor:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Achieving individual & team sales targets to hit monthly bonus
  • Accurately processing sales & refunds through the Epos system
  • Promoting our fantastic offers through marketing and leafletting 
  • Carrying out customer consultations to provide the best products
  • Delivering product care, maintenance requirements and warranty information
  • Assisting with stock counts
  • Supporting the site manager e.g. keyholding, single manning site

An ideal Sales Advisor will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail
  • Experience working in a sales environment
  • Enthusiastic approach
  • Concise numeracy skills
  • Team player
  • Vaping knowledge is not essential but would be an advantage- You don’t have to vape to work here!

Kiosk Manager 

We are recruiting for a fantastic Kiosk Manager to join the team at our new Hempstead Valley Store (VYPE).

As a Store Manager, you will be confident and passionate about leading and managing a team of excellent salespeople to continually improve your site.

Your main duties as a Kiosk Manager:

  • Providing customers with an outstanding experience
  • Driving individual and team sales
  • Setting daily sales targets & motivating your team to exceed them
  • Proactively manage & support staff
  • Opening & closing the Store and stock control
  • Working with centre management to build relationships
  • Visual merchandising
  • Driving our fantastic offers to engage customers

An ideal Kiosk Manager will have:

  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Concise numeracy skills
  • Track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Vaping knowledge is not essential but would be an advantage- You don’t have to vape to work here!
